251. הוראות מעבר לעניין שמאי רכב
(א)הוראות סעיף 8 לצו שמאי רכב ימשיכו לחול לעניין הליכים לפי אותו סעיף שהרשות כמשמעותה בצו האמור החלה בהם לפני יום התחילה לפי הוראות הצו.
(ב)אדם שהחל ערב יום התחילה התמחות בשמאות רכב לפי הוראות צו שמאי רכב, יראו את התמחותו כהתמחות לפי סעיף 152.
