34. הגבלות לעניין תשלום בעד רכב המיובא לשימוש אישי
אדם שאינו מייבא רכב בייבוא אישי לא ישלם את התמורה בעד הרכב המיובא, ובכלל זה את תשלומי המסים החלים עליו.
