37. רישיון ייבוא רכב מסוג מכונה ניידת
רישיון ייבוא רכב מסוג מכונה ניידת יכול שיינתן לפי סעיף 32 או 33, ואולם לא יחולו לגביו הוראות סעיף 32(5) עד (7) או סעיף 33(ב)(3), לפי העניין, בכפוף לתנאים שקבע השר לעניין מועד ייצורו.
