71. תנאים לעניין תיווך בייבוא אישי
מתווך בייבוא אישי לא יתווך בייבוא רכב שלא מתקיימים לגביו או לגבי מייבא הרכב בייבוא אישי התנאים למתן רישיון ייבוא לפי סעיף 33 או אם הרכב נמצא כבר בנמל בישראל או במחסן רשוי כהגדרתו בפקודת המכס.
