82. תיאור רכב על ידי משווק רכב
(א)משווק רכב יתאר תיאור מלא ונכון של רכב שהוא משווק.
(ב)יראו משווק רכב כאילו מילא אחר הוראות סעיף קטן (א), אם הוכיח כי הפרטים שמסר בתיאור הרכב זהים לפרטים שמסר יצרן הרכב.
