84. הסכם בכתב לרכישת רכב
משווק רכב יתקשר עם הקונה בהסכם בכתב למכירת רכב, שיכלול את כל אלה: מפרט טכני של הרכב, מקום ייצור הרכב – אם הוא יבואן מסחרי, מחיר הרכב, תנאי מכירת הרכב ומועד הספקתו, ואם ניתנת אחריות לרכב מטעם יצרן הרכב או סוכן מורשה – תקופת האחריות והיקפה; העתק מההסכם יימסר לקונה עם חתימתו.
