92. רישיון סוחר ברכב שאינו רכב מיבואן
מי שמתקיימים בו כל אלה זכאי לקבל רישיון לרכישת רכב שאינו רכב מיבואן ומכירתו דרך עיסוק:
(1)הוא יחיד תושב ישראל שהוא עוסק מורשה, או שהוא תאגיד רשום כדין שאחד מבעלי העניין בו לפחות ומנהלו הכללי הם תושבי ישראל;
(2)לרשותו מקום מתאים לניהול עסקו, ובכלל זה לחניית כלי הרכב שהוא מוכר, כפי שקבע השר;
(3)תנאים נוספים ככל שקבע השר, באישור הוועדה.
