95. איסור הסעה או הובלת מטען בתמורה
בעל רישיון לפי פרק זה לא יסיע נוסעים בתמורה בכלי רכב שבהם הוא סוחר ולא יוביל מטען בתמורה בכלי רכב כאמור, ולא יתיר לאחר לעשות כן.
