17א. שינוי התוספות
תיקון: תשס״ה, תשס״ח, ק״ת תש״ע, תשע״ב
(א)השר, בהתייעצות עם השר לביטחון הפנים ובאישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, רשאי לשנות את התוספת הראשונה.
(ב)תוקנה הפקודה לאחר תחילתו של חוק הגבלת השימוש ורישום פעולות בחלקי רכב משומשים (מניעת גניבות) (תיקון מס׳ 4 – הוראת שעה), התשס״ח–2008, רשאי השר, בצו, באישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, לשנות את התוספת השניה לצורך החלת תיקון כאמור על איסור שימוש ברכב, בשינויים המחויבים.
