31ו. קיפוח
תיקון: תשס״ג־3
הוגשה לבית המשפט בקשה להסרת קיפוח או מניעתו, לפי סעיף 191 לחוק החברות, למעט בקשה שהשפעתה על התאגיד זניחה, יובאו בדוח פרטים בדבר –
(א)מועד הגשת הבקשה ועיקריה;
(ב)החלטות בית המשפט הקשורות בבקשה.
