31ט. הגשת בקשה לאישור חלוקה
תיקון: תשס״ג־3, תשע״ג
הגיש התאגיד בקשה לבית המשפט לאישור חלוקה בהתאם לסעיף 303 לחוק החברות, יובאו בדוח –
(1)מועד הגשת הבקשה לבית המשפט ונוסח ההודעה שפורסמה לפי תקנה 3 לתקנות החברות (אישור חלוקה), התשס״א–2001;
(2)פרטים בדבר החלטות בית המשפט בבקשה.
(3)גילוי בדבר תזרים מזומנים חזוי כמשמעותו בתקנה 10(ב)(14).
