18. חתימה על המיפרט
על המיפרט יחתום המציע ויציין את תאריך החתימה; היה המציע תאגיד, ייחתם המיפרט בידי המורשים לחתום בשם התאגיד ולצד כל חתימה יצוין שם החותם ותפקידו בתאגיד.
