19. הצעת רכש חליפין
(א)הצעת רכש חליפין תיעשה על פי מיפרט אשר יכלול תשקיף שהרשות התירה את פרסומו לצורך הצעת ניירות הערך לציבור במסגרת הצעת הרכש (להלן – תשקיף הצעת רכש).
(ב)דין תשקיף הצעת רכש כדין כל תשקיף ויחולו עליו, נוסף על הוראות תקנות אלה, גם הוראות החוק והתקנות לפיו, הנוגעות לתשקיף, בשינויים המחויבים.
