24. פעולות אסורות למציע בתקופת הקיבול
בתקופת הקיבול אסור למציע, לתאגיד שבשליטתו או לבעל השליטה בו, למכור, להתחייב למכור, לרכוש או להתחייב לרכוש את ניירות הערך נושא הצעת הרכש, בין בבורסה ובין מחוץ לה, שלא בהתאם להצעת הרכש, למעט מימוש למניות של ניירות ערך המירים שנרכשו קודם למועד פרסום המיפרט.
