25. משלוח ופרסום הודעות
תיקון: תשס״ג, תשס״ח
(א)הודעה על פי תקנות אלה שחייב המציע למסור –
(1)ישלח המציע לרשות, לבורסה ולחברת המטרה;
(2)יפרסם המציע, בתוך יום עסקים אחד ממועד משלוח ההודעה כאמור בפסקה (1), מודעה בעיתונים כאמור בתקנות הפרסום.
(ב)חברת המטרה תשלח הודעה שקיבלה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א)(1), בתוך שני ימי עסקים, לכל ניצע הרשום במרשם בעלי המניות.
