31. תחולת הוראות על אסיפה כללית
הוראות סימן ג׳ וסימן ה׳ בפרק השני לחלק השלישי בחוק יחולו על אסיפות כלליות לפי פרק זה, ככל שאינן סותרות הוראות אלה, ואולם המנין החוקי לא יפחת מן הקבוע בסעיף 78 לחוק.
