10. סדרי עבודת הוועדה
(א)הוועדה תקבע את דרכי עבודתה וסדרי דיוניה ככל שלא נקבעו לפי חוק זה.
(ב)החלטותיה של הוועדה יתקבלו ברוב דעות החברים הנוכחים והמצביעים בישיבה; היו הדעות שקולות תכריע דעתו של יושב ראש הוועדה.
