100. אגרות
תיקון: תשע״ז
(א)השר, באישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, רשאי לקבוע אגרות כמפורט להלן:
(1)אגרה בעד הגשת בקשה לרישיון או להיתר לפי חוק זה;
(2)אגרה שנתית לנותן שירותים פיננסיים.
(ב)בתקנות לפי סעיף קטן (א) רשאי השר לקבוע את דרכי תשלום האגרות ומועדי התשלום, ורשאי הוא לקבוע ריבית והפרשי הצמדה שישולמו על אגרה שלא שולמה במועד.
