103א. שינוי התוספות
תיקון: תשע״ז־2
(א)השר, באישור ועדת כספים של הכנסת, רשאי, בצו, לשנות את התוספת הראשונה.
(ב)השר, בהסכמת שר המשפטים ובאישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, רשאי, בצו, לקבוע בתוספת השנייה הוראות שבשל הפרתן יהיה המפקח רשאי להטיל עיצום כספי, וכן רשאי הוא לשנות את התוספת השנייה בדרך האמורה.
