על אף האמור בסעיף 31א לחוק איסור הלבנת הון, הרשם רשאי לגלות ידיעה או להראות מסמך למנהל לשם ביצוע הסמכויות המוקנות לו לפי סימן זה ובמידה הנדרשת לשם כך.
