25ג. סייגים לחובת הרישוי – רישיון למתן שירותי פיקדון ואשראי
תיקון: תשע״ז
(א)חובת הרישוי לפי סעיף 25ב לא תחול על אלה:
(1)מבטח כהגדרתו בחוק הפיקוח על הביטוח;
(2)חברה מנהלת כהגדרתה בחוק הפיקוח על קופות גמל.
(ב)השר, באישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, רשאי, בתקנות, לפטור סוגי גופים נוספים מחובת הרישוי לפי סעיף 25ב; אין בפטור כאמור כדי לגרוע מהוראות לפי חוק הבנקאות (רישוי).
