הוראות סעיפים 18 עד 22 ו־24 יחולו לעניין רישיון ובעל רישיון לפי פרק זה, בשינויים המחויבים, ובשינוי זה: חובת הדיווח לפי סעיף 22(ב) תחול, בשינויים המחויבים, גם לעניין שינוי בצבר הפיקדונות.
