נותן שירותים פיננסיים שהוא תאגיד בעל רישיון מורחב, ולעניין בעל רישיון למתן שירותי פיקדון ואשראי – גם בעל רישיון בסיסי, ימנה מנהל כללי שיהיו נתונות לו כל הסמכויות הדרושות לניהול השוטף של ענייני נותן השירותים הפיננסיים במסגרת המדיניות שקבע הדירקטוריון ובכפוף להנחיותיו.
