37. הון עצמי מזערי
תיקון: תשע״ז־2
(א)לנותן שירותים פיננסיים יהיה הון עצמי מזערי בסכום כמפורט בתוספת הראשונה, לפי העניין, כשהוא חופשי מכל שעבוד או עיקול.
