5. פרסום הוראות המפקח
(א)הוראות המפקח לפי סעיף 4 וכל הוראה אחרת של המפקח שהיא בת פועל תחיקתי, אין חובה לפרסמן ברשומות, ואולם המפקח יפרסם ברשומות הודעה על מתן הוראות כאמור ועל מועד תחילתן.
(ב)הוראות המפקח כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), וכל שינוי בהן, יועמדו לעיון הציבור במשרדי המפקח ויפורסמו באתר האינטרנט של המפקח, ורשאי השר לקבוע דרכים נוספות לפרסומן.
