תיקון: תשפ״ד, תשפ״ו
עמד המפר בתנאי כתב ההתחייבות שמסר לפי סימן זה, יוחזר לו, בתום תקופת ההתחייבות, העירבון שהפקיד; העירבון, למעט אם היה ערבות בנקאית או ערבות מנותן ערבות אחר, יוחזר בתוספת ריבית שקלית מיום הפקדתו עד יום החזרתו, ויחולו הוראות חוק פסיקת ריבית והצמדה לעניין ריבית זו, בשינויים המחויבים.
