7. ערעור
(א)החלטת נשיא בית המשפט המחוזי לאשר צו מעצר, בשינויים או בלי שינויים, לבטלו או לשנותו, וכן החלטתו לפי סעיף 5, ניתנת לערעור לפני בית המשפט העליון, שידון בערעור בשופט יחיד; לבית המשפט העליון יהיו כל הסמכויות שהוענקו לנשיא בית המשפט המחוזי לפי חוק זה.
(ב)הערעור לא יעכב את ביצוע הצו, אלא אם נשיא בית המשפט המחוזי או נשיא בית המשפט העליון החליט אחרת.
