8. נוכחות העציר וייצוג
תיקון: תש״ם, ק״ת תשפ״ד, ק״ת תשפ״ד־2
(א)בכפוף לאמור בסעיף 6(ג) רשאי עציר להיות נוכח בכל דיון לפי סעיפים 4, 5 ו־7.
(ב)שר המשפטים רשאי בצו להגביל את זכות הייצוג בהליכים לפי חוק זה למי שאושר לשמש סניגור בבתי הדין הצבאיים באישור בלתי מסוייג כאמור בסעיף 318(ג) לחוק השיפוט הצבאי, תשט״ו–1955.
