2. ייצוג עובד ציבורי או מוסד ציבורי
מקום שעובד ציבורי או מועצה, ועדה, ועד, בית דין או כל חבר־בני־אדם כיוצא באלה, שהוקמו או נתכוננו על פי דין, הם צד בהליך שלפני בית משפט מכוח תפקידם, יכול שיהיו מיוצגים באותו הליך על ידי היועץ המשפטי לממשלה או נציגו.
