הנותן מילווה בריבית מופרזת או המקבל ריבית מופרזת, דינו – קנס 10,000 לירות או פי חמישה מסכום הריבית המופרזת; הוראה זו לא תחול על פקדונות במוסד בנקאי כמשמעותו בחוק הבנק.
