5. הוראות לעניין חוק הפחתת הגירעון והגבלת ההוצאה
לעניין סעיף 6א לחוק הפחתת הגירעון והגבלת ההוצאה –
(1)סכום ההוצאה הממשלתית לשנת 2017, בחוק התקציב הדו־שנתי, יתייחס, בהתאם להוראות סעיף 6א האמור, לסכום ההוצאה הממשלתית לשנת 2016 שבחוק התקציב הדו־שנתי לשנים 2015 ו־2016;
(2)סכום ההוצאה הממשלתית לשנת 2018, בחוק התקציב הדו־שנתי, יתייחס, בהתאם להוראות סעיף 6א האמור, לסכום ההוצאה הממשלתית לשנת 2017 שבחוק התקציב הדו־שנתי.
