לעניין סעיף 3(ב) לחוק ערבויות מטעם המדינה, התשי״ח–1958, יראו את הסכומים בתקציב הדו־שנתי המתייחסים לכל אחת מהשנים 2017 ו־2018, כתקציב המדינה לאותה שנה.
