10. הון עצמי נדרש לרישיון יבואן זעיר
תיקון: תשפ״א
ההון העצמי הנדרש לקבלת רישיון יבואן זעיר לפי סעיף 44(א)(4) לחוק, יהיה בסכומים האלה:
(1)לייבוא רכב נוסעים ורכב מסחרי – 800,000 שקלים חדשים;
(2)לייבוא אופנוע או מכונה ניידת – 100,000 שקלים חדשים;
(3)לייבוא גרור או נתמך מעל 3.5 טונות – 100,000 שקלים חדשים.
