9. תשתית למתן שירותי תחזוקה לרכב הנדרשת לרישיון יבואן זעיר
מבקש רישיון יבואן זעיר יוכיח כי קיימת תשתית למתן שירותי תחזוקה לרכב לעניין מוסכים הנותנים שירותים אלה כאמור בסעיף 44(א)(3) לחוק, בכך שימציא למנהל, לגבי כל תוצר רכב מיובא על ידו, רשימת מוסכי שירות של יבואן ישיר של אותו התוצר.
