10. סודיות
מי שהגיע לידיו צילום שצולם לפי תקנות אלה, זולת בעל רכב שקיבל הודעת תשלום קנס לפי תקנה 8, לא יעשה בו כל שימוש אלא לפי תקנות אלה, ולא יעבירו לאחר, אלא לפי כל דין המחייב מסירת מידע או על פי צו של בית משפט.
