18. פטור ממסים עקיפים
(א)לא יוטלו מסים עקיפים על טובין שיובאו מחוץ לארץ אל אזור נמל חפשי או שיוצרו בתחומו, או על ייצואם ממנו לחוץ לארץ, אם הטובין מיועדים להקמתו של המיזם המורשה, לניהולו, להפעלתו, לשימושו ולעסקיו באזור הנמל החפשי, כפי שפורט בכתב האישור.
(ב)לגבי רכב יינתן הפטור האמור רק לרכב עבודה כמשמעותו בפקודת התעבורה.
