2. הקמת אזור נמל חפשי
הממשלה רשאית להקים בתחום נמל אזור נמל חפשי.
הממשלה הודיעה על הקמת אזורי נמל חפשיים בנמל אילת, בנמל חיפה ובנמל אשדוד (י״פ תש״ל, 2478; תשל״ג, 1404; תשמ״ד, 1358).
