7. תחולת חוק רשות הנמלים על המועצה
הוראות סעיפים 8 עד 14 ו־16 לחוק רשות הנמלים, תשכ״א–1961, יחולו על המועצה וחבריה בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הענין; אולם בכל מקום שבהוראות האמורות מדובר בשר התחבורה ייקרא כאילו מדובר בשר שעל פי הצעתו נתמנה חבר המועצה.
