4א. הוראות לעניין אבחון מוכר
תיקון: תשע״ד
השר, בהתייעצות עם שר הבריאות, עם ועדת המומחים, עם הנציבות ועם ארגונים העוסקים בקידום זכויותיהם של אנשים עם לקות למידה ובאישור הוועדה, יקבע הוראות בעניינים אלה:
(1)אמות מידה לשיטות אבחון מקובלות;
(2)אופן קביעתן של שיטות אבחון מקובלות והמוסמך לקבען;
(3)אופן עריכתו של מסמך אבחון מוכר.
