7ה. תפקידי ועדת המומחים
תיקון: תשע״ד
ועדת המומחים תייעץ לשר ולממונה, מזמן לזמן, בעניינים הנוגעים ליישום חוק זה, לרבות בעניינים אלה:
(1)דרישות ההכשרה כאמור בסעיף 6(ב);
(2)שיטות אבחון מקובלות לעניין חוק זה כאמור בסעיף 4א;
(3)אופן עריכתו של מסמך אבחון מוכר.
