14. משך שנת לימודים
השר, בהסכמת שר האוצר, רשאי לקבוע כי שנת הלימודים במוסדות לחינוך מיוחד, כולם או מקצתם, תוארך מעבר לשנת לימודים רגילה; כן רשאי השר לקבוע כי לימודים במוסדות כאמור יתקיימו גם בתקופות של חופשת לימודים רגילה.
