15. יום לימודים ארוך
(א)השר, בהסכמת שר האוצר, רשאי לקבוע יום לימודים ארוך במוסדות לחינוך מיוחד, כולם או מקצתם, ואת מספר שעות הלימוד ביום לימודים כאמור.
(ב)השר יקבע את השירותים הנלווים המתחייבים מקיום יום לימודים ארוך.
(ג)קביעה כאמור בסעיפים קטנים (א) ו־(ב), לגבי מוסד לחינוך מיוחד הנמצא במעון המשמש מקום מגורים כמשמעותו בחוק הפיקוח, תיעשה בהתייעצות עם שר העבודה והרווחה.
