תיקון: תשל״ד
החלטת ועדת קנסות בדבר חיוב בקנס שלא הוגש עליה ערעור, וכן החלטת בית המשפט המחוזי אם הוגש ערעור, הן סופיות, ודינן, בכל הנוגע לביצוע, כדין פסק־דין סופי של בית משפט מוסמך במשפט אזרחי שאין עליו ערעור.
