44. ערעור
(א)היועץ המשפטי לממשלה וכל מי שחוייב בקנס לפי סעיף 42 רשאים לערער על החלטת ועדת קנסות לפני בית המשפט המחוזי תוך עשרים ואחד יום מיום החלטת ועדת הקנסות, או מהיום שנמסרה להם ההחלטה אם ניתנה שלא בפניהם; החלטה כאמור שנמסרה למשלוח בדואר רשום לפי המען או המען האחרון של צד מהצדדים או של עסקו, יראו אותה כאילו נמסרה לו שבעה ימים לאחר שנמסרה לדואר למשלוח.
(ב)בית משפט מחוזי ידון בערעור בשופט אחד.
