26. בדיקת הגוויה
תיקון: תשי״ח
שופט חוקר רשאי, אם הדבר דרוש לבירור סיבת המוות בחקירה לפי סעיף 19, לצוות על בדיקתה או ניתוחה של הגוויה על ידי רופא או מומחה אחר, על דחיית הקבורה עד לאחר הבדיקה או הניתוח, או על פתיחת הקבר והוצאת הגוויה לשם ביצוע הבדיקה או הניתוח.
