על צו לפתיחת קבר לפי סעיף 26, רשאי כל אדם מעונין, כמשמעותו בסעיף 19, וגוף מוכר, כמשמעותו בתקנות האנטומיה והפתלוגיה, תשי״ד–1954, לערער לפני בית המשפט המחוזי.
