39. הוראת מעבר
החלה חקירה מוקדמת או חקירה בסיבת מוות לפני תחילתו של חוק זה, רשאי מי שהתחיל בחקירה המוקדמת או בחקירת סיבת המוות, הכל לפי הענין, להוסיף ולחקור לפי הדין שהיה קיים ערב תחילתו של חוק זה, ולא תישמע טענה שלפי הוראות חוק זה לא היתה סמכות לחקור או שהיה פגם בחקירה.
