10. התקשרות בעסקאות
לצורך ביצוע תפקידי הרשות כאמור בחוק זה, מנהל הרשות, יחד עם חשב הרשות, מורשה לייצג את הממשלה בעסקאות כאמור בסעיפים 4 ו־5 לחוק נכסי המדינה, התשי״א–1951, למעט עסקאות במקרקעין, ולחתום בשם המדינה על מסמכים הנוגעים לעסקאות כאמור.
