13. דיווח השר
השר ידווח לוועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, אחת לשנה, על התכנית הרב שנתית והתכניות השנתיות שאישר בהתאם להוראות סעיף 5, ועל פעולותיה של הרשות והיקפן בהתאם להוראות חוק זה, לרבות לענין הפיקוח והאכיפה.
