14. ביצוע ותקנות
תיקון: תשע״א
(א)השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי, באישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, להתקין תקנות לביצועו.
(ב)לא יתקין השר תקנות לפי חוק זה אלא לפי הצעת הרשות או בהתייעצות עמה.
